Mary Kay Silent Hostess/ Becoming a Beauty Consultant

I am still new to the beautiful world of Mary Kay cosmetics but I am absolutely in LOVE with everything about it!

I am already a Senior Consultant, meaning I have one woman selling under me and I am working on becoming a Double Senior Consultant (having TWO wonderful women selling under me!)
At my unit meeting on Monday I set a monthly goal to become a Star Team Builder & a "Red Jacket" seller. This means I will have THREE women selling under me & building their career. A Silent Hostess is were an interested women takes a Beauty Basket w her to her place of work, friends or family's homes & sells product & books parties for me for a period of 1- 2 weeks.
